I qualified as a Solution focused Clinical Hypnotherapist after training at The Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training school in Bristol which is an accredited centre of excellence in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.
Before I became a hypnotherapist I worked with young people as a careers adviser in local schools and university, helping them to make important decisions about their future. Prior to this I enjoyed several years teaching English abroad.
I became interested in hypnotherapy after hearing of success stories from a colleague who had been cured of a fear of flying, and another who had stopped smoking after 40 years with the help of hypnotherapy. I soon realised that many people had positive stories to tell and my interest grew. I haven’t looked back since.
